His penance is to train one of the worst ice hockey teams in the world. However, while Gordon tries to whip them into shape, he learns from his new team that winning is not always everything. In 'D2 - The Mighty Ducks' (1994), the action takes place at the Junior Goodwill Games in LA, as Bombay is invited to lead Team USA to victory over the favourites, Iceland, whilst also having to cope with the distractions of an enveloping media circus. In 'D3 - The Mighty Ducks' (1996), the Ducks are about to begin a scholarship at a prestigious new school, which means a new, no-nonsense coach (Jeffrey Nordling). An icy reception from the school hockey team results in a loss in the Ducks' form. Can they defeat the unbeaten senior team and regain their reputation?

A Hammer horror classic starring Christopher Lee as Rasputin, the monk who the Russian Tsarina takes under her wing. The story begins with Rasputin, after using his powers to cure an innkeeper's wife, throwing a party, raping the innkeeper's daughter and cutting off the hand of her suitor. He then refuses to apologise to the Abbot of his monastery and leaves for St Petersburg, deciding to use his faith-healing powers for his own hedonistic ends. It is here that he eventually wangles his way into the Tsarina's court and she allows him more and more power.

B-movie ghost story starring Hazel Court and Dermot Walsh as a young couple who decide to buy a luxury steamboat for a romantic getaway. They think that they've found the perfect boat, and scoff at warnings that it's haunted. However, despite their initial incredulity they are gradually convinced that there is something strange going on in their new love-nest, and they decide to bring in a paranormal expert, Professor Mansel Martineau (John Robinson) to investigate. A horrifying secret about the boat's previous owners is eventually revealed...

Peter Greenaway's surreal story has twin brothers (Brian and Eric Deacon), both zoologists, re-examining the meaning of life after a car accident involving a swan claims the lives of their wives. They study the decomposition of several animals with time-lapse photography, plot to liberate zoo animals, and begin a menage-a-trois with the one-legged woman who survived the crash.

A remake of the 1947 'feel good' classic, telling the heart-warming story of a young girl's desire for a fully-functional family, complete with a father and a baby brother. The girl, Susan, confides in Kris Kringle (Sir Richard Attenborough), the kindly old man who is acting as the grotto Santa in the department store managed by her mother. Kris Kringle, however, believes he is the genuine Santa Claus and this devotion to the cause makes him very popular indeed, leading to record profits for the store. This annoys rival retailers so much that they try to discredit the so-called Santa, leading eventually to a court case in which Kringle and his lawyer try to prove that he is the real thing.
